Welcome to our custom built studio in the heart of Truro, Cornwall.

Complete with underfloor heating, yoga equipment, useful mirrors and a relaxing finish the studio is a great venue for both students and teachers.

Aimee is a specialist Viniyoga teacher. This approach provides access to Yoga for young and old, fit or not, flexible or not, by way of  group classes or individual tuition.

Viniyoga can also provide therapeutic assistance for injuries, illnesses, chronic conditions and pain through individual instruction

There is a great truth in the yoga philosophies which can have universal appeal accross cultures and belief systems as it sits in opposition to none.
